IPod Touch (2019) is just a bit better than Xiaomi MiPad, getting a general score of 66.9 against 64.4. IPod Touch (2019) counts with iOS 13.x OS, while Xiaomi MiPad has Android OS. The iPod Touch (2019) is a a lot newer tablet, and it's also a lot thinner and lighter than the Xiaomi MiPad. The Xiaomi MiPad counts with a bit sharper display than iPod Touch (2019), because although it has a just a bit lower display pixels density, it also counts with a much higher 2048 x 1536 pixels resolution and a much bigger display.
The Xiaomi MiPad's CPU is very similar to iPod Touch (2019)'s processing unit, they have the same number of cores. Apple iPod Touch (2019) counts with a very superior storage for games and applications than Xiaomi MiPad, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 240 GB more internal storage capacity.
The Xiaomi MiPad features a much longer battery duration than Apple iPod Touch (2019). The iPod Touch (2019) counts with a superior camera than Xiaomi MiPad, although it has a tinier aperture, they both have the same video resolution, the same video frame rate and a back camera with an 8 mega pixels resolution.
Although iPod Touch (2019) is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xiaomi MiPad, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi MiPad. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy iPod Touch (2019), otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Xiaomi MiPad, resigning some features and specs.
