IPod Touch (2019) is much better than the Apple iPod touch 3rd generation, getting a 66.9 score against 43.2. These tablets work with iOS OS, but the iPod Touch (2019) has the previous 13.x version while Apple iPod touch 3rd generation has iOS 3.x.
