The Apple iPad mini (6th Gen) has a general score of 65, which is just a bit better than the iPod Touch 5th Generation's global score of 62.7. The Apple iPad mini (6th Gen) comes with iPadOS 15.x operating system, while iPod Touch 5th Generation counts with iOS 7.x operating system. Even though Apple iPad mini (6th Gen) is much newer than iPod Touch 5th Generation, it is extremely heavier and just a little bit thicker.
The iPod Touch 5th Generation features a lot better performance than iPad mini (6th Gen), because although it has 4 lesser CPU cores (although they are faster), it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor.
