Lenovo ThinkPad 8 is a little bit better than the iPod Touch 5th Generation, with a 64.2 score against 62.7. The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 counts with Windows 8.1 OS, while iPod Touch 5th Generation has iOS 7.x OS. Although it's the best we compare here, the Lenovo ThinkPad 8 body is extremely thicker and a lot heavier than iPod Touch 5th Generation.
