The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a global score of 66.9, which is slightly better than the Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation's 62.7 score. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 construction is a lot newer than Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation's, but it is incredibly heavier and extremely thicker. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 counts with Windows 10 OS, while Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation has iOS 7.x OS.
The iPod Touch 5th Generation counts with a much better display than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, because although it has a much lower 1136 x 640 resolution and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little greater pixel amount in each inch in the screen. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 counts with a superior processing unit than iPod Touch 5th Generation, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, and they both have 2 processing cores, the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 also counts with 3,5 GB more RAM.
Microsoft Surface Pro 7 features a much greater memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation, because it has 128 GB internal storage. Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation shoots a lot better photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, although it has a worse 1920x1080 video resolution and a much less mega-pixels resolution back facing camera.
