The iPod Touch 5th Generation works with iOS 7.x OS, while GALAXY Tab 3 Kids works with Android 4.1 OS. Even though iPod Touch 5th Generation is older than the GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, it's construction is extremely lighter and incredibly thinner.
