Galaxy Tab Active 3 has an overall score of 79, which is way better than iPod Touch 5th Generation's general score of 62.7. Galaxy Tab Active 3's construction is newer, but noticeably heavier and much thicker than the iPod Touch 5th Generation. Galaxy Tab Active 3 counts with Android 10 operating system, while iPod Touch 5th Generation has iOS 7.x operating system.
Galaxy Tab Active 3 features a faster processing unit than iPod Touch 5th Generation, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a higher number of cores (and faster) and more RAM memory. The iPod Touch 5th Generation counts with a much better screen than Galaxy Tab Active 3, because although it has a much smaller screen and a lot worse 1136 x 640 resolution, it also counts with a bit higher pixels density.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 features a little bit better camera than iPod Touch 5th Generation, because it has a back camera with way more mega-pixels and a much higher video quality. The Galaxy Tab Active 3 counts with a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than iPod Touch 5th Generation, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Tab Active 3 also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 1 TB.
Galaxy Tab Active 3 has a really longer battery duration than Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation, because it has a 5050mAh battery capacity instead of 1030mAh.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 is a lot more expensive than iPod Touch 5th Generation, but you can get a much better tablet for that extra dollars.
