Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch has a score of 73.6, which is better than Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation's general score of 62.7. Although Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch is extremely heavier than Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation, it's a little bit thinner and also much newer. Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation features a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch, because although it has a way lower 1136 x 640px resolution and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a bit better pixel number in each display inch.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch features much more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch also has a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 128 GB.
The Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch counts with a faster processing unit than iPod Touch 5th Generation, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a higher number of cores (and faster) and 2,5 GB more RAM. IPod Touch 5th Generation features a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch, although it has a much worse 1920x1080 video definition and a camera in the back with a way worse 5 mega pixels resolution.
Galaxy Tab S2 8.0-inch features a much longer battery duration than iPod Touch 5th Generation, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
