The iPod Touch 5th Generation has a little bit better looking display than Sony Xperia Tablet Z, because although it has a lot smaller display and a way worse 1136 x 640 resolution, it also counts with a higher screen density. The Sony Xperia Tablet Z has just a bit better performance than Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation, and although they both have a 400 MHz graphics processor, the Sony Xperia Tablet Z also has a greater number of cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation features just a bit bigger memory to store more apps and games than Sony Xperia Tablet Z, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory.
