Xperia Z4 Tablet has a general score of 74.7, which is better than Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation's 62.7 global score. The Xperia Z4 Tablet works with Android 5.0 operating system, while Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation comes with iOS 7.x operating system. The Xperia Z4 Tablet is a much heavier tablet than the Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation, but both have the same thickness.
The Xperia Z4 Tablet features a very superior processing unit than iPod Touch 5th Generation, because it has a higher number of cores, a better GPU working at 600 megahertz, a 64-bit processing unit and a larger amount of RAM memory.
