Xiaomi MiPad is a little bit better than Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation, getting a 64.4 score against 62.7. Xiaomi MiPad has Android OS, and Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation comes with iOS 7.x OS. Xiaomi MiPad's construction is newer, but extremely heavier and a lot thicker than Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation.
The iPod Touch 5th Generation counts with just a bit better looking display than Xiaomi MiPad, because although it has a lot lower 1136 x 640 resolution and a way smaller display, it also counts with a quite higher pixels amount in each inch of display.
