Comparison review
The iPad Pro is way better than the iPod touch 6th generation, having a overall score of 79.5 against 65.6. Both devices in this comparison review work with iOS OS, but iPad Pro has 9.x version and iPod touch 6th generation has iOS 12.x version, providing a couple nice extra features and improved performance. IPad Pro is a somewhat thicker and much heavier tablet than iPod touch 6th generation.
The iPad Pro has a bit sharper display than iPod touch 6th generation, because although it has a just a bit worse screen pixels density, it also counts with a way larger display and a lot higher 2732 x 2048 resolution. The iPad Pro counts with a quite better hardware performance than iPod touch 6th generation, because although it has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with 3 GB more RAM.
The iPad Pro takes slightly better photos and videos than Apple iPod touch 6th generation. Both of them have the same (Full HD) video resolution, a same resolution camera in the back, the same aperture and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates. The Apple iPad Pro and Apple iPod touch 6th generation count with similar memory for games and applications, they have exactly the same internal storage capacity.
IPad Pro has a very superior battery lifetime than Apple iPod touch 6th generation, because it has a 10307mAh battery size against 1043mAh.
IPad Pro is a bit more expensive than iPod touch 6th generation, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
