Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a general score of 66.9, which is slightly better than Apple iPod touch 6th generation's overall score of 65.6. Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has Windows 10 OS, and Apple iPod touch 6th generation works with iOS 12.x OS. Microsoft Surface Pro 7's design is newer, but way heavier and noticeably thicker than the Apple iPod touch 6th generation.
