The iPod touch 6th generation works with iOS 12.x operating system, and Samsung Galaxy Tab T-Mobile works with Android 2.2 operating system. The iPod touch 6th generation is a a lot newer device, and it's also thinner and much lighter than Samsung Galaxy Tab T-Mobile.
The iPod touch 6th generation has a bit better CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab T-Mobile, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM and a higher number of faster cores. Apple iPod touch 6th generation features a much more vibrant screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab T-Mobile, because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with a lot more pixels per inch in the display and a slightly higher resolution of 640 x 1136 pixels.
