The Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids is way better than ARCHOS 101 XS, getting a 57.5 score against 41.8. The Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids is a incredibly thicker but lighter portable tablet than the ARCHOS 101 XS. Both devices we are comparing here use Android OS, but the Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has the newer 4.1 version and ARCHOS 101 XS has Android 4.0.3, providing the user some nice extra features and performance improvements.
GALAXY Tab 3 Kids features just a bit better looking screen than ARCHOS 101 XS, because although it has a way smaller display and a much lower resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels, it also counts with a little higher pixels density. The ARCHOS 101 XS features a way bigger storage to store more apps and games than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because it has an external memory slot that holds up to 128 GB and 8 GB more internal storage.
ARCHOS 101 XS counts with a little faster processing unit than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, and although they both have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores, the ARCHOS 101 XS also has an extra graphics co-processor. Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids shoots much better videos and photos than ARCHOS 101 XS.
Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has a very superior battery duration than ARCHOS 101 XS.
The GALAXY Tab 3 Kids costs a little more than the ARCHOS 101 XS, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
