The Asus ZenPad S 8.0 is a bit better than the Asus Fonepad 7, having a 62.2 score against 58.9. The Asus ZenPad S 8.0 body is incredibly thinner and a little lighter than Asus Fonepad 7. Asus ZenPad S 8.0 counts with a bit better performance than Asus Fonepad 7, because although it has a 32 bits CPU against 64-bits, and they both have 4 cores, the Asus ZenPad S 8.0 also counts with a greater amount of RAM.

The Asus Fonepad 7 features a bit better looking screen than Asus ZenPad S 8.0, although it has a bit smaller screen, way lesser pixels per screen inch and a lot lower 1280 x 800 resolution. The Asus ZenPad S 8.0 captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Asus Fonepad 7, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same (Full HD) video definition, the Asus ZenPad S 8.0 also has a way more mega pixels camera in the back.

Asus ZenPad S 8.0 counts with much more memory to store more games and applications than Asus Fonepad 7, because it has more internal memory capacity and a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB. Asus ZenPad S 8.0 and Asus Fonepad 7 have incredibly similar battery performance.
