Blackview Tab 8 Wi-Fi is a little bit better than Asus Fonepad 8, with a general score of 58.7 against 55.6. Both devices in this review include Android OS (Operating System), but Blackview Tab 8 Wi-Fi has 12 version while Asus Fonepad 8 has Android 4.4 version, so it provides the user a couple additional features and a performance increase. Although it's the best portable tablet we compare here, the Blackview Tab 8 Wi-Fi body is thicker and noticeably heavier than Asus Fonepad 8.
The Blackview Tab 8 Wi-Fi counts with just a little better hardware performance than Asus Fonepad 8, and although they both have 4 processing cores, the Blackview Tab 8 Wi-Fi also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Asus Fonepad 8 counts with a better display than Blackview Tab 8 Wi-Fi, because although it has a way smaller display, and they both have the same 1280 x 800 resolution, the Asus Fonepad 8 also counts with more pixels per display inch.
The Blackview Tab 8 Wi-Fi has a very superior storage for applications and games than Asus Fonepad 8, because it has a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB and 112 GB more internal memory. The Blackview Tab 8 Wi-Fi has a much better battery duration than Asus Fonepad 8. Blackview Tab 8 Wi-Fi takes much clearer photos and videos than Asus Fonepad 8, because it has a way better 13 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back.
