Lenovo Moto Tab has a general score of 64.4, which is much better than the Asus Fonepad 8's 55.6 global score. The Lenovo Moto Tab is a heavier but thinner tablet than Asus Fonepad 8. These tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but the Lenovo Moto Tab has a newer 7.1 Nougat version while Asus Fonepad 8 has Android 4.4.
Lenovo Moto Tab and Asus Fonepad 8 have really similar displays, although the Lenovo Moto Tab also has a bit better pixel density, a way better resolution of 1920 x 1200 and a bigger screen. Lenovo Moto Tab has a bit more powerful processor than Asus Fonepad 8, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Lenovo Moto Tab also has 4 more cores.
Lenovo Moto Tab takes much better pictures and videos than Asus Fonepad 8, because it has a camera with much more megapixels. Lenovo Moto Tab features a much better memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Asus Fonepad 8, because it has 32 GB internal storage capacity and an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 128 GB.
The Lenovo Moto Tab has a superior battery life than Asus Fonepad 8.
Although Lenovo Moto Tab is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Asus Fonepad 8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Asus Fonepad 8. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get the Asus Fonepad 8, giving up a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your budget.
