Comparison review

Nokia N1 has a general score of 66, which is much better than Asus Fonepad 8's general score of 55.6. The Nokia N1 construction is a little lighter and incredibly thinner than the Asus Fonepad 8. Both tablets we compare here have Android OS (operating system), but the Nokia N1 has the newer 5.0 version and Asus Fonepad 8 has Android 4.4, counting with some extra features and performance improvements.

Nokia N1 has a superior hardware performance than Asus Fonepad 8, and although they both have a 2 GB RAM memory and 4 CPU cores, the Nokia N1 also has a 64 bits processor and an extra graphics processor. Nokia N1 has a much sharper screen than Asus Fonepad 8, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with way more pixels per inch of display and a lot higher 2048 x 1536 resolution.

The Asus Fonepad 8 counts with a slightly bigger storage for games and applications than Nokia N1, because although it has only 16 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 64 GB. Nokia N1 counts with a slightly better camera than Asus Fonepad 8, because it has a back-facing camera with a lot higher 8 megapixels resolution.

The Nokia N1 has a much longer battery performance than Asus Fonepad 8.

Although Nokia N1 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Asus Fonepad 8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Asus Fonepad 8. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Nokia N1, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Asus Fonepad 8, letting go some specs and features.
