Comparison review

Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is a little bit better than Asus Fonepad 8, getting a 60.7 score against 55.6. Both tablets in this comparison review work with Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has the older 4.1 version while Asus Fonepad 8 has Android 4.4. Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is a a little heavier and somewhat thicker portable tablet than Asus Fonepad 8.

Asus Fonepad 8 counts with a quite better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a larger number of faster cores and a greater amount of RAM. Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) features a bit sharper display than Asus Fonepad 8, although it has a little worse pixels density, a quite smaller screen and a way worse 600 x 1024 resolution.

The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) takes clearer videos and photos than Asus Fonepad 8, although it has a camera with lot less MP resolution. Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) features a greater storage capacity to install games and applications than Asus Fonepad 8, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) counts with a really longer battery performance than Asus Fonepad 8.

The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) costs more than Asus Fonepad 8, but you can get a better tablet for that few extra dollars.
