The Asus Fonepad 8 has a bit better processing unit than Sony Vaio Tap 11, because although it has 2 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a larger number of cores. Sony Vaio Tap 11 has a very superior battery performance than Asus Fonepad 8. Asus Fonepad 8 shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Sony Vaio Tap 11, although it has a back-facing camera with a lot worse resolution.
Although Sony Vaio Tap 11 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Asus Fonepad 8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Asus Fonepad 8.
