The Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) is a lot better than Asus Fonepad Note 6, getting a 74.6 score against 58.7. Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020)'s design is a lot heavier but incredibly thinner than the Asus Fonepad Note 6. Both tablets we compare here work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Asus Fonepad Note 6 has Android 4.4 version, so it gives a couple additional features and optimized performance.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) features a little faster CPU than Asus Fonepad Note 6, because it has more CPU cores (although slower) and more RAM. Asus Fonepad Note 6 counts with a much more vibrant display than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), because although it has a much smaller screen and a little worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px, it also counts with a better display pixel density.
Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) captures a lot better photographs and videos than Asus Fonepad Note 6. They have the same video frame rate, the same (Full HD) video definition and the same resolution back facing camera. The Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) features a superior storage to store more games and applications than Asus Fonepad Note 6, because it has a SD card slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB and 16 GB more internal memory.
Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) features a much better battery performance than Asus Fonepad Note 6.
