Comparison review
Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is a lot better than the Asus Fonepad, getting a 67.9 score against 53.9. These devices have Android OS (Operating System), but Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has 4.4 version and Asus Fonepad has Android 4.1, so it offers lots of additional features and increased performance. Amazon Fire HDX 8.9's body is newer and much thinner than Asus Fonepad's, but it's also just a little heavier.
Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 counts with a way better looking screen than Asus Fonepad, because it has a much better 1600 x 2560 resolution, a bigger screen and way more pixels per inch in the display. Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 counts with a quite better hardware performance than Asus Fonepad, because it has more RAM memory and a larger number of cores.
The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 features a much greater memory to install games and applications than Asus Fonepad, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage capacity. The Asus Fonepad has a very superior battery lifetime than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9. The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 captures greater photographs and videos than Asus Fonepad, because it has a lot higher resolution back facing camera.
The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 costs a lot more than Asus Fonepad, but you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
