Comparison review

Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has a general score of 68.5, which is a lot better than Asus Fonepad's 53.9 general score. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9's design is heavier but much thinner than Asus Fonepad, and they were released only a few months apart. Both of these tablets have Android operating system, but the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has the newer 4.2.2 version and Asus Fonepad has Android 4.1, so it gives a couple nice extra features and enhanced performance.

The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 features a much better performing CPU than Asus Fonepad, because it has more RAM memory, an additional graphics processing unit and 3 more cores. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 counts with a much more vibrant display than Asus Fonepad, because it has a much greater pixel amount per screen inch, a bigger screen and a lot higher 1600 x 2560 resolution.

The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has a very superior storage to store more games and applications than Asus Fonepad, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 takes much better photographs and videos than Asus Fonepad, because it has a lot better resolution back camera.

Asus Fonepad has a really longer battery performance than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9.
