Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a global score of 60.7, which is much better than the Asus Fonepad's 53.9 overall score. Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0)'s design has the same thickness than Asus Fonepad, but it's just a little heavier. Both devices in this review have the same Android 4.1 OS (Operating System). Asus Fonepad and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) both count with extremely similar CPUs, and although the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a greater number of cores (but slower), they both have the same RAM amount.

Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) features a screen that's very similar to Asus Fonepad's display, and although the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a lot lower 600 x 1024 resolution and a just a bit worse display pixel density, they both have a same size display. The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) features a superior camera than Asus Fonepad. They have a same resolution camera in the back.

The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) features much more storage for games and applications than Asus Fonepad, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 32 GB, the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) also has 16 GB more internal storage capacity. The Asus Fonepad features just a bit longer battery life than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a 7 percent greater battery size.

The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) not only is the best tablets in this comparison, but it's also by far the cheapest one.
