The Google Pixel Slate has a global score of 79.3, which is a lot better than Asus MeMO Pad 7's 53.8 global score. The Google Pixel Slate is a incredibly thinner but heavier tablet than Asus MeMO Pad 7. The Google Pixel Slate works with Chrome OS OS, while Asus MeMO Pad 7 works with Android 4.4.2 OS.
The Asus MeMO Pad 7 counts with a little better processing power than Google Pixel Slate, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with 2 more processing cores. Google Pixel Slate has a bit sharper display than Asus MeMO Pad 7, because it has a way better 3000 x 2000px resolution, a really larger display and a better pixel number in each inch of display.
The Google Pixel Slate counts with a much bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Asus MeMO Pad 7, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. Google Pixel Slate has a battery duration that is very similar to Asus MeMO Pad 7's battery duration.
The Google Pixel Slate takes way better pictures and videos than Asus MeMO Pad 7, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video resolution, the Google Pixel Slate also has a much more MP back facing camera.
Although Google Pixel Slate is a better device, it costs a lot more than Asus MeMO Pad 7, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Asus MeMO Pad 7. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Google Pixel Slate, else you can save some dollars and buy the Asus MeMO Pad 7, giving up a couple specs and features.
