Comparison review
HTC Jetstream has an overall score of 63.6, which is just a bit better than the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C)'s global score of 59.5. Even being the best we are comparing here, HTC Jetstream is a noticeably heavier and extremely thicker device than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C). These tablets use Android OS, but the HTC Jetstream has the previous 3.1 version and Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) has Android 4.4.
The Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) features a much sharper screen than HTC Jetstream, because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with a lot greater display pixels density and a way higher 1920 x 1200 resolution. Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) has slightly more storage to store more apps and games than HTC Jetstream, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 64 GB.
The Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) features a better processing power than HTC Jetstream, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with more RAM, a 64-bit CPU and 2 more cores. HTC Jetstream shoots a lot better pictures and videos than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), because it has a back facing camera with a much higher 8 megapixels resolution and a much better 1920x1080 video definition.

The HTC Jetstream costs a bit more than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), but it's still a good choice, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
