The Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is better than the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), getting a 66.2 score against 59.5. The Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 construction is just a little bit thinner but somewhat heavier than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C). Both tablets in our current comparison work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has newer 4.4.2 version and Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) has Android 4.4, offering some additional features and a performance increase.
The Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) has a more powerful CPU than Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, and they both have the same number of cores, the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) also counts with a 64 bits processing unit and a higher amount of RAM. The Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) features a better screen than Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 1920 x 1200px and a lot better pixels density.
The Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 shoots clearer pictures and videos than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), although it has a camera in the back with lot less megapixels resolution and a worse (HD) video quality. Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) has much more storage capacity to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, and although they both have a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 64 GB, the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) also has 16 GB more internal storage.
Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 features a much better battery lifetime than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C).
Despite of being the best tablet of the ones we compare here, Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is also by far the cheapest one.
