Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 is a bit better than the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), with a global score of 64.8 against 59.5. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7's construction is somewhat heavier but a little bit thinner than the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C). Both of these tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 has the previous 4.0.4 version while Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) has Android 4.4.
Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) has a greater performance than Galaxy Tab 7.7, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM, more cpu cores and a 64-bits processor. Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) counts with a sharper display than Galaxy Tab 7.7, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way better resolution of 1920 x 1200px and a lot higher display density.
Galaxy Tab 7.7 has more storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), because although it has a SD card slot that allows 32 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB more internal storage capacity. Galaxy Tab 7.7 has a superior battery duration than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C).
Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) takes clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same (HD) video resolution, the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) also has a back camera with way more megapixels.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C). If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
