The Asus MeMO Pad 8 has an overall score of 61.2, which is just a bit better than the Asus VivoTab's 57.5 global score. The Asus MeMO Pad 8 construction is newer, somewhat thinner and incredibly lighter than Asus VivoTab. The Asus MeMO Pad 8 comes with Android 4.4 OS, while Asus VivoTab has Windows 8 OS.

The Asus MeMO Pad 8 has a little better processing power than Asus VivoTab, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, and they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Asus MeMO Pad 8 also counts with a greater number of cores. Asus MeMO Pad 8 features a much better display than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a lot greater pixels count per inch in the screen and a way higher resolution of 1920 x 1200px.

The Asus VivoTab has a slightly better storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Asus MeMO Pad 8, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 32 GB more internal memory capacity. Asus VivoTab and Asus MeMO Pad 8 count with incredibly similar battery performance.

Asus VivoTab features just a bit better camera than Asus MeMO Pad 8, because it has a way higher (Full HD) video resolution and a back camera with a much better 8 mega pixels resolution.

The Asus MeMO Pad 8 not only is the best tablets of the ones in this comparison, but it's also by far the cheapest, making this tablet an obvious call.
