Google Nexus 10 has a general score of 68.1, which is better than Asus MeMO Pad 8's score of 61.2. The Asus MeMO Pad 8 has a way bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Google Nexus 10, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Asus MeMO Pad 8 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 64 GB. Google Nexus 10 has a much better battery lifetime than Asus MeMO Pad 8.
Google Nexus 10 shoots much better videos and photos than Asus MeMO Pad 8, and although they both have a 5 mega pixels resolution camera, the Google Nexus 10 also has a way better (Full HD) video quality.
The Google Nexus 10 costs a bit more money than the Asus MeMO Pad 8, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
