Comparison review
Google Pixel Slate has a general score of 79.3, which is much better than the Asus MeMO Pad 8's 61.2 overall score. Google Pixel Slate works with Chrome OS operating system, while Asus MeMO Pad 8 works with Android 4.4 operating system. The Google Pixel Slate construction is newer and a little thinner than the Asus MeMO Pad 8's, but it is way heavier.
The Asus MeMO Pad 8 has a little faster processing unit than Google Pixel Slate, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores. Asus MeMO Pad 8 and Google Pixel Slate both have very similar screens, although the Google Pixel Slate also has a way better 3000 x 2000 resolution, a really larger screen and a just a little better amount of pixels in each screen inch.
Google Pixel Slate shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Asus MeMO Pad 8, because it has a way more mega pixels camera and a way higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition. Google Pixel Slate features a way bigger storage for apps and games than Asus MeMO Pad 8, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage.
The Google Pixel Slate counts with a battery duration that's just as good as Asus MeMO Pad 8's battery duration.
Although Google Pixel Slate is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Asus MeMO Pad 8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Asus MeMO Pad 8. If you prefer to save some money, you can get Asus MeMO Pad 8, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
