Comparison review

The Asus MeMO Pad 8 is just a bit better than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, with a 61.2 score against 60.8. Asus MeMO Pad 8's construction is noticeably newer, somewhat lighter and way thinner than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Asus MeMO Pad 8 has a more recent 4.4 version and Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has Android 4.1.2.

The Asus MeMO Pad 8 features a much better screen than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has much more pixels per display inch, a little larger display and a much higher resolution of 1920 x 1200px. The Asus MeMO Pad 8 features a better performing processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has a higher number of cores and more RAM memory.

Asus MeMO Pad 8 and Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus both feature incredibly similar memory for applications and games, both of them have a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 64 GB and the same internal storage capacity. The Asus MeMO Pad 8 captures a little bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rates, the Asus MeMO Pad 8 also has a camera with a much higher 5 mega-pixels resolution.

The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus counts with a really longer battery life than Asus MeMO Pad 8.

Even being the best tablet in this comparison, the Asus MeMO Pad 8 is also very cheap compared to the other tablets.
