The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has a score of 69.2, which is much better than the Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10's 61.8 overall score. These tablets use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has a newer 4.4.2 version and Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 has Android 4.2, so it gives a lot of extra features. Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is a somewhat thinner and way lighter tablet than the Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10, although both of them were released only a few months apart.
Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 has a more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has a much better resolution of 1200 x 1920, a larger screen and a quite greater pixels quantity in each inch of screen. Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 has a quite bigger storage to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, because although it has a slot for an external memory card that supports 32 GB smaller, it also counts with 16 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with a bit better CPU than Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10, and although they both have 2 GB of RAM, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 also has a greater number of cores and a better graphics processor working at 1.06 GHz. Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10 has a much better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has 6760mAh of battery capacity against 4600mAh.
The Galaxy Note 8.0 takes much clearer videos and photos than Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10. Both have a back camera with a 5 MP resolution, the same video frame rates and the same 1280x720 (HD) video definition.
Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 costs a lot more than the Asus MeMO Pad FHD 10, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
