The Microsoft Surface 2 has a general score of 63.4, which is better than Asus Transformer Book T300 Chi's 57.4 general score. Microsoft Surface 2's body is a bit lighter but thicker than the Asus Transformer Book T300 Chi. Both of these devices work with Windows operating system, but the Microsoft Surface 2 has a newer RT 8.1 version while Asus Transformer Book T300 Chi has Windows 8.1 version, so it counts with a couple additional features and performance tweaks.
