The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has a global score of 62.5, which is better than the Asus Transformer Pad 300's global score of 54.5. Both tablets in our current comparison use Android operating system, but Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has an older 10 version while Asus Transformer Pad 300 has Android 4.2.2 version. Alcatel JOY TAB 2 is a much newer device, and it's also way lighter and somewhat thinner than the Asus Transformer Pad 300.
The Asus Transformer Pad 300 and the Alcatel JOY TAB 2 both have similar displays, because although the Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has a lot smaller screen, and they both have the same exact 800 x 1280 resolution, it also counts with a greater pixel density. The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 features a little better hardware performance than Asus Transformer Pad 300, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, and they both have a Quad-Core CPU, the Alcatel JOY TAB 2 also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory.
Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has a way bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Asus Transformer Pad 300, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Alcatel JOY TAB 2 also has an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB. Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has a really longer battery duration than Asus Transformer Pad 300.
The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 captures a bit better pictures and videos than Asus Transformer Pad 300, although it has a lot worse 5 mega pixels resolution camera in the back and a lower 1920x1080 video resolution.
Even being the best tablet in our comparison, the Alcatel JOY TAB 2 is also very cheap compared to the other ones.
