Comparison review
The Huawei MediaPad M1 has an overall score of 61.5, which is better than Asus Transformer Pad 300's 54.5 global score. The Huawei MediaPad M1 is a newer device, and it's also incredibly thinner and a lot lighter than Asus Transformer Pad 300. These devices come with the same Android 4.2.2 OS, so you shouldn't see any differences in that aspect.
The Huawei MediaPad M1 features a brighter screen than Asus Transformer Pad 300, because although it has a really smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1280 x 800, the Huawei MediaPad M1 also counts with a greater number of pixels per inch of display. Asus Transformer Pad 300 features a lot bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei MediaPad M1, and although they both have a SD memory slot that holds up to 32 GB, the Asus Transformer Pad 300 also has more internal storage.
The Huawei MediaPad M1's processing unit is very similar to the Asus Transformer Pad 300 one, and although the Huawei MediaPad M1 has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, they both have 4 CPU cores and a 1 GB RAM memory. Huawei MediaPad M1 counts with a way better battery performance than Asus Transformer Pad 300.
Asus Transformer Pad 300 takes better pictures and videos than Huawei MediaPad M1, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same (Full HD) video resolution, the Asus Transformer Pad 300 also has a much better 8 mega-pixels resolution back camera.
