The Huawei MediaPad M2 10-inch is a a lot newer tablet, and it's also a lot lighter and a lot thinner than the Asus Transformer Pad 300. Both devices in this comparison review include Android OS, but the Huawei MediaPad M2 10-inch has the newer 5.1 Lollipop version while Asus Transformer Pad 300 has Android 4.2.2 version, so it gives you a couple nice extra features and better performance.
The Huawei MediaPad M2 10-inch has a bit better CPU than Asus Transformer Pad 300, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with 2 GB more RAM memory and a higher number of cores (and faster).
