The Microsoft Surface 2 has an overall score of 63.4, which is much better than the Asus Transformer Pad 300's 54.5 overall score. Even though the Microsoft Surface 2 is a little heavier than Asus Transformer Pad 300, it's somewhat thinner and newer. Microsoft Surface 2 comes with Windows RT 8.1 OS, and Asus Transformer Pad 300 counts with Android 4.2.2 OS.
The Microsoft Surface 2 counts with just a bit better processing power than Asus Transformer Pad 300, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, and they both have a Quad-Core CPU, the Microsoft Surface 2 also counts with a higher amount of RAM. Microsoft Surface 2 counts with a slightly better screen than Asus Transformer Pad 300, because it has a higher pixel quantity per inch in the display, a bit bigger display and a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels.
