Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a score of 65, which is much better than the Asus Transformer Pad 300's general score of 54.5. Samsung ATIV Tab 3's design is newer, thinner and just a little lighter than Asus Transformer Pad 300. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has Windows 8 operating system, and Asus Transformer Pad 300 works with Android 4.2.2 operating system.
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 features a little bit better looking display than Asus Transformer Pad 300, and although they both have a same size display, the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 also has a little better pixels density and a bit higher resolution of 768 x 1366 pixels. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 and Asus Transformer Pad 300 both have incredibly similar CPUs, because although the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has an inferior number of cores (although faster) and doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Asus Transformer Pad 300 takes much better photographs and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Asus Transformer Pad 300 also has a way more mega pixels back-facing camera. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with a slightly bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Asus Transformer Pad 300, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 32 GB more internal memory capacity.
