Comparison review

Galaxy Tab 10.1 is slightly better than Asus Transformer Pad 300, getting a global score of 58.1 against 54.5. Even though the Galaxy Tab 10.1 is older than Asus Transformer Pad 300, it's design is somewhat lighter and thinner. These tablets come with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 10.1 has older 4.0.4 version and Asus Transformer Pad 300 has Android 4.2.2 version.

The Galaxy Tab 10.1 has a bit sharper display than Asus Transformer Pad 300. Both of them have a display with the same size, the same quantity of pixels per inch in the display and exactly the same resolution of 800 x 1280. The Asus Transformer Pad 300 has a quite better performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, because it has a graphics processor and a larger number of cores.

The Asus Transformer Pad 300 shoots clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (Full HD) video definition, the Asus Transformer Pad 300 also has a camera with way more megapixels. The Asus Transformer Pad 300 features a much better memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Tab 10.1, and although they both have equal 32 GB internal memory, the Asus Transformer Pad 300 also has a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 32 GB.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 features a much better battery life than Asus Transformer Pad 300.

Even being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 is also a bargain compared to the other tablets, making this tablet a great choice.
