Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a general score of 60.7, which is much better than Asus Transformer Pad 300's score of 54.5. Both tablets in our current comparison use Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has an older 4.1 version while Asus Transformer Pad 300 has Android 4.2.2 version. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) construction is lighter but just a little thicker than Asus Transformer Pad 300, and both were only released with a couple of months difference.
Asus Transformer Pad 300 features a bit superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Asus Transformer Pad 300 also has an extra graphics processor and 2 more cpu cores. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) counts with a bit sharper screen than Asus Transformer Pad 300, because although it has a really smaller display and a lot lower resolution of 600 x 1024px, it also counts with a just a little higher screen density.
The Asus Transformer Pad 300 and the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) count with incredibly similar storage capacity for applications and games, they have an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 32 GB and equal internal memory. Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) counts with a much longer battery duration than Asus Transformer Pad 300.
Asus Transformer Pad 300 shoots clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a much higher (Full HD) video quality and a much higher resolution camera in the back.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is not only the best tablets in this comparison, but it's also a bargain compared to the other ones.
