Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet is much better than Asus Transformer Pad 300, having a 69.8 score against 54.5. Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet's construction is newer, extremely lighter and way thinner than Asus Transformer Pad 300. Both of these tablets include Android OS (operating system), but the Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet has the newer 4.4.4 version while Asus Transformer Pad 300 has Android 4.2.2, so it gives you some extra features.
The Xperia Z2 Tablet features a greater processing power than Asus Transformer Pad 300, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia Z2 Tablet also has a greater amount of RAM memory and a better graphics processor.
