Comparison review

The HTC Flyer is just a bit better than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, getting a 58.7 score against 57.6. Although HTC Flyer is noticeably older and extremely thicker than the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, it's construction is still notably lighter. Both devices in this review come with Android OS, but HTC Flyer has an older 3.2 version while Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T has Android 4.4.2.

Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T features a much better screen than HTC Flyer, because it has a way higher 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution, a lot more pixels per inch in the display and a really bigger display. Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T counts with a better storage capacity for games and applications than HTC Flyer, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T also has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 128 GB.

The Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T features a little bit better hardware performance than HTC Flyer, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM and a higher number of cores. The HTC Flyer counts with a superior camera than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T. Both of them have a same resolution camera, the same 1280x720 (HD) video resolution and the same video frame rates.

HTC Flyer has a much better battery life than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T.

Although HTC Flyer is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
