Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) is a little bit better than the Asus Transformer Prime, with a 60.1 score against 54.8. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1)'s body is a little thinner but a little heavier than Asus Transformer Prime, and both of them were released only 4 months apart. Both tablets in this comparison review have Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) has the newer 4.1 version and Asus Transformer Prime has Android 4.0.3 version.
The Asus Transformer Prime counts with just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Asus Transformer Prime also has a greater number of cores.
