Comparison review

Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has an overall score of 60.8, which is just a bit better than Asus Transformer Prime's 56.3 overall score. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 is a newer tablet, and it's also incredibly lighter and somewhat thinner than the Asus Transformer Prime. Both of these tablets use Android OS (operating system), but Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has 4.2.2 version while Asus Transformer Prime has Android 4.0.3 version, so it provides a couple nice extra features.

The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 features a way better looking display than Asus Transformer Prime, because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with a way greater count of pixels per screen inch and a much better resolution of 1200 x 1920px. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with a greater hardware performance than Asus Transformer Prime, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 also has an extra graphics processor and a greater amount of RAM.

Asus Transformer Prime features a greater memory for games and applications than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Asus Transformer Prime also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 32 GB. The Asus Transformer Prime and the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 both count with quite similar battery performance.

The Asus Transformer Prime counts with a greater camera than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7.

In addition to being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 is also by far the cheapest one, making it a no doubt choice.
