Google Pixel Slate has an overall score of 79.3, which is way better than Asus Transformer Prime's overall score of 56.3. Although the Google Pixel Slate is heavier than the Asus Transformer Prime, it's a lot thinner and way newer. The Google Pixel Slate comes with Chrome OS operating system, while Asus Transformer Prime comes with Android 4.0.3 operating system.
Google Pixel Slate features a little faster processor than Asus Transformer Prime, because although it has less processing cores , it also counts with more RAM memory. Google Pixel Slate features a sharper screen than Asus Transformer Prime, because it has a way higher 3000 x 2000 pixels resolution, a bigger screen and a much greater quantity of pixels per inch of display.
Google Pixel Slate counts with a very superior storage for apps and games than Asus Transformer Prime, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. Google Pixel Slate and Asus Transformer Prime both have really similar batteries duration. Google Pixel Slate shoots better videos and photos than Asus Transformer Prime, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, a same resolution back facing camera and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Google Pixel Slate also has a much bigger aperture for better images and video in low light environments.
Google Pixel Slate is a lot more expensive than Asus Transformer Prime, but you can get a much better tablet for that few more dollars.
