Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has an overall score of 61.7, which is just a bit better than Asus Transformer Prime's 56.3 general score. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE is a noticeably lighter tablet than Asus Transformer Prime, but both of them have the same thickness. Both of these devices include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has the newer 4.1 version while Asus Transformer Prime has Android 4.0.3.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has a little bit better looking display than Asus Transformer Prime, because although it has a way worse resolution of 600 x 1024px and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit better count of pixels in each inch of display. The Asus Transformer Prime has a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, and they both have a 1 GB RAM, the Asus Transformer Prime also counts with 2 more cpu cores.

The Asus Transformer Prime features a much better storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because although it has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage. Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has a really longer battery lifetime than Asus Transformer Prime.

Asus Transformer Prime captures much clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because it has a much higher (Full HD) video definition and a back camera with a much higher resolution.

Even being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing, Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE is also very cheap compared to the other ones.
