Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Tab is slightly better than the Asus Transformer Prime, getting a 58.6 score against 56.3. The Samsung Galaxy Tab design is much lighter than Asus Transformer Prime, but it's thicker and was released a little bit further than a year before. Both tablets in this comparison have Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab has an older 2.3.3 version and Asus Transformer Prime has Android 4.0.3.

The Asus Transformer Prime counts with a superior hardware performance than Galaxy Tab, because it has a larger amount of RAM and a larger number of cores. Asus Transformer Prime and Samsung Galaxy Tab feature really similar screens, because although the Samsung Galaxy Tab has a way worse 600 x 1024px resolution and a way smaller display, it also counts with a quite better pixel amount in each inch in the screen.

Asus Transformer Prime has much more storage for applications and games than Galaxy Tab, because it has more internal storage. Asus Transformer Prime features a very superior camera than Galaxy Tab, because it has a much higher (Full HD) video resolution and a camera with lot more mega-pixels. Galaxy Tab features a very superior battery life than Asus Transformer Prime.

The Galaxy Tab is not only the best tablets of the ones we are comparing here, but it's also by far the cheapest.
