Comparison review
Acer Predator 8 is just a bit better than the Asus VivoTab 8, with a general score of 57.7 against 55.6. The Acer Predator 8 is a just a bit thinner but just a little heavier device than Asus VivoTab 8. The Acer Predator 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, and Asus VivoTab 8 works with Windows 8.1 OS. Asus VivoTab 8 features a little more vivid display than Acer Predator 8, although it has a way worse 1280 x 800px resolution and a lot lower pixel count per display inch, they both have a screen with the same size.
Asus VivoTab 8 features a little bit better processing power than Acer Predator 8. They have 2 GB of RAM and 4 processing cores. Acer Predator 8 shoots much clearer videos and photos than Asus VivoTab 8, because it has a camera in the back with a much higher 5 megapixels resolution. Acer Predator 8 has just a bit bigger storage for applications and games than Asus VivoTab 8, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Acer Predator 8 also has a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 128 GB.
The Acer Predator 8 features a way better battery duration than Asus VivoTab 8.
The Acer Predator 8 is more expensive than Asus VivoTab 8, but you can get a better tablet for that few more dollars.
